Ray has over 35
years experience in corporate finance, banking and business
management. Having been president of three commercial banks and having
represented several nationwide non-bank lenders, he is well versed in
all facets of commercial financing including business & medical practice
mergers & acquisitions, commercial real estate and government guaranteed
lending. He has been licensed for over 25 years in both real estate and
insurance, and is a certified mediator. He is an entrepreneur having
founded two commercial banks and several non-bank businesses. A
frequent guest lecturer at the university level, he also is a certified
continuing education instructor for professional licensing agencies and
medical associations. |

capital planning & structuring, corporate finance, and information
technology. Christian is licensed in insurance. |
