BAAS CAPITAL LLC provides the following services to BUYERS-only of Dental Practices
- Pre-qualify the Buyer for acquisition financing
- Represent the buyer in acquisition negotiations
- Prepare necessary documentation
- Coordinate with Buyer's lawyer, accountant and advisors
- Procure financing to complete the transaction
- Coordinate with Lender and manage transaction through closing
BAAS CAPITAL LLC does not provide brokerage services to Sellers of dental practices, only to Buyers.
